Motion by yencho seconded by Trench, that City Iv~.anager negotiate
for the purchase of a new Police Car. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Preliminary plans were set forth for the consolidation of the police
and Fire department and the City Manager was instructed to make a further
study of the situation.

of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves that the salaries
