" " tt tt Resolution offered by Nygaard seconded by Trench, The City Council ¢~f the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves that the following rates shall be established for various license and permits for the year 1949: Musical devises or Juke Boxes Pinball and/or similar amusement devises · Bread and ~ilk Trucks beer License !'0n Sale" Theat re Roll Call - All Ayes. $50.00 per year 50.00 " " lO.00 each truck 50.00 one year 100.00 " Resolution offered by Nygaard seconded ~y Trench, P~SOLVED, that we hereby designate the First National Bank of ~inneapolis, Minnesota, as a depository for moneys of this city for a period of one year, beginning the 1st day of January, 1949, and the Treasurer of this City is hereby directed to deposit moneys of this city in said bank; and the said First National Bank of Minneapolis is hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks or orders, when signed by the Treasurer, for the withdrawal or transfer of funds on deposit in said Bank in whatever form. BE IT FURTheR RESOLVED, that in case such deposits shall at any time exceed Five Thousand (6%,000.00) dollars, said depository shall immediately furnish bond or securities in lieu of bond according to law, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is hereby designated as a place for the safe-keeping of all securities furnished in lieu of such bond. BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the County Auditor be and he is hereby author, ized to strike from the assessment rolls the aforesaid assessments. Roll Call - All Ayes.
