Minutes of the last regular meeting were re~d and approved.
Bids were received from the following for the $150,O00 Bond Issue:

Heights .State Bank,~irst:Nat~l Bank, ~pls..and First Nat'l. Bank

No bids received for Gravel.
Motion by Nygaard seconded by yencho to graflt permission to the
Northern States power Co. to place a pole at 39th and ~lain St.

extension on 49th Avenue from 4th Street to University be turned over
to the City Manager and take its regular course. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Notion by Trench seconded by Yencho, tha~City Mauager be instructed
to issue a Building permit for alterations and repairs to a building
at 3908 Main St. Roll Call - All Ayes.
A meeting was set for November 30th at 8 P.M. with the Planning
Commission and Building Inspectors.
Motion by Ny~aard seconded by Trench, that Ro~lo Boyer be permitted
to park a trailor for 60 days on the premises of Bernard Anderson,
3807-3rd Street. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Notion by Trench seconded by yencho, that ~b~suant to the award set
by the Appraiser of ~he West 20~. of Lot 34, Block 5, Reservoir Hills,
which has been con~emned for alley purposes, the City Treasurer is
