Roll Call- Trench, Weldon, yencho,
Einutes of the last regular meeting and adjourned meeting were read and
approved.
P:otion by Trench seconded by Weldon, that City Manager be instructed to
cut dowh intersection as far as possible without endangering water main
at 50th and 5th Street and fill the grade in front of 5018 and 5024 the
least amount possible to provide the proper drainage. Roll Call -
All Ayes.
~otion by Trench seconded by Yencho, that~the contract as proposed between
the City of Columbia Heights and the ~innesota Linseed 0~l Co. be accepted,
with the provision that there be included~therein the provision requiring
the 3~ per 100 Cu. ~Ft. sewer~g~ maintainance charge, and upon
that agreement with the ~iunesota Linseed oil Co,, the City ~anager and
~ayor be authorized and instructed to complete the contract. Roll
Call - All ~yes.
~otion by Weldon seconded by yencho, to grant permission to the
Northern States power Co. to install a.pole on 37th Ave. California
Grand St. M.E. Roll call - All Ayes.
~.otion by Trench seconded by yencho, that ~permission be granted the
Civic Improvement Assoc. to plant a tree ~on the point, 40th ~ ~.'.ill St.
Roll Call - All Ayes.
Eotion by Weldon seconded by yencho, that overtime be paid for 19~8
to former~patrolmen Steinfeldt and Zettergren. Roll Call - All Ayes.
