~inutes of th~ last meeting were read and approved.
~otion by Trench seconded by Weldon to place the letter on file
received from R.A. Golling, Public Examiner, with reference to an
amendment to ~r City Charter. Roll Call - All Ayes.
l~otion by Weldon seconded by Yencho~, that the Petitions for Sewer and
Water ~ain extensions on ~nd Street~ between ~th and ~th, al'so Street
grading and Sewer on Tyler Street north as far as residence's are now
established, be turned over to the City Eanager and take their regular
course. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Request received from ~.~. ? ~Zrs. E.~. Horr, l~lS-~2nd Ave. N.E. to
have Lots No.B and ~ on ~Bnd Ave. N-.E. rezoned fro~ residential to
multip~ dwelling district. ~otion by Yencho seconded by Trench to
concur with the Planning Commission in not g~anting this request.

Complaints were received on street conditions on 5th street and 50th
Avenue and City Manager informed them this would be taken care of
this week.

tdotion by Weldon seconded by yencho, that petition received from
residences on Bth Street and 5000 block, complaining of conditions on
4th street between 50th and 51st, be turned over to the Police Chief

~. R~lph Corbett was present and made a request for the V.F.W. for use
of the park July ~,Z,and 4, 1~49 to hold a celebration, and this will
be referred to the park Board.
~fr. Jenson of ~4th and Jefferson reported damage to his property when
~he sewer went by his place and he was informed the City ~anager will
turn this over to the Contracter and have this taken care of immediately.
