Resolution offered by Yencho seconded by Trench, The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves that for each connection £~a private water main in the City of Columbia Heights, that a rate of $~5.00 shall hereafter be established within the city of Columbia Heights. Roll Call - All Ayes. Resolution offered by Yencho seconded by Trench, The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights recognizes a housing shortage within the City~ and further recognizes that construction costs and avail- ability of mate~i~l are acute. The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights further recognizes a measure of protection is necessary to maintain values of property within the City. MOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEDby the City ~ouucil of the City of Columbia Heights that any building permits for basement dwellings be accompanied by an agreement of temporary occupancy; and the same be files for record with the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka County, Ninnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such agreement attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" be a part hereof and the same be a ~rt of any basement dwelling building permit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon ex- piration of such permit of temporary occupancy, notice to vacate be served upon such occupants; and permit of temporary occupancy be revoked forthwith.
