Eequest by residents of 4600 clock on bZh Street'N.E. for widening of street,and granting permission to Minneapolis Gas Light Comoany for installation of gas main also discussed. MatTer referred to tl~e City Attorney for oDtainment of easements. Request by Clayton Ceaser for permission to tap unto orivate water mash on 45th and Monroe Street N.E. Was advised to make regular ao~olication at the City Office. Motion by Nygaard, Seconded by We!don, to hold a oub!ic hearing for a storm sewer at the next regular meeting. Storm sewer to be on 50th and Fifth Street NE. Roll Call All Ayes. Petition for installation of water main to connect up With 3941 Johnson Street turned over to City Manager to take usual course. Motion by Trench, Seconded by Weldon, That the City Manager write to State Public Examiner's Office requesting correction of criticism ~n examiner's reoort as regards voting by orecinct.
