Meeting called to order at 8:05 p.~.
Yencho and Soderholm. Trench absent.
~inute~ of the last meeting were read and-approved.
~otion by Nygaard seconded by Weldon to have additional lights
instglled on 38th Avenue between 5th street and Eadison place.

Roll Call - Nygaard, Weldon
A letter was received from the Universal Eachinery Co. stating they
woul~ remove material stored on residential property in 60 days.
Motion by Nygaard seconded by Weldon to place this %etter on file.
Roll Call - All Ayes.
Eoti0n by Weldon seconded by Yencho to turn the letter received from
~rs. 'Charles J. Kallgren, 39~6 ~an BUrgh St,~.E. over to the City
Assessor to be taken up when the Board of-Equalization meets in June.

~oti6n by Weldon seconded by Nygaard to place the letter on file received
from~the Wilkinson Home Finance Corp. advising us they had received
a commitment from one of their builders for two bedroom homes to be
sold for ~8300.00. Roll Call - All Ayes~
~oti6n by Nygaard seconded by'Weldon to place the letter on file
received from the Northern Pacific Railway Co., and that city Eanager
be instructed to make arrangements for connection with Sanitary Sewer.

Notion by Yencho seconded by Nygaard to waive all License fees for all
rides and performances during the 50th Aniversary Celebration. Roll
Call - All Ayes.
Resolution offered by Nygaard seconded by,Yencho, The City Council
of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves: ~H~EREAS the balance
of special assessment on North 1/~ of Lot.6, Block 3, re-arrangment
of Block "A", Columbia Heights Annex, on Job #155 has been paid in full.
MOW, T~E~EFORE BE IT HEREBYRESOL. VED that the County Auditor be and he
is hereby instructed to cancel any further installments of. Special
assessment on the above lot for said Job #185. Roll Call - All Ayes.

Chief to send one representative to the Annual Convention at St. Cloud
June ~8 and Eg. Roll Call - All Ayes.
