Motion by Nygaard seconded by Jabkson, that t~le Restaurant, and on and
off-sale Beer License issued to Stanley ~ KOwal, 4010 Central Ave.,be

~otion by Nygaard seconded by Spekulant, that the communication received
from the Univeraal Machinery, Inc. be placed on file. Roll Call - All Ayes.
~otion by Jackson seconded by Nygaard, that the Council concur with the
~ayor,s appointment of gohn Behun to the Pgrk Board and Roy Bentzen to
the Police Civil Service Commission. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Notion by Jackson seconded by Spekulant, that~ the recommendations of the
Fire Con~.~ittee be accepted from the following Companies:
MinneSota Fire Ext~inguleher Co. - I inch~ozzle ~ and 1~'-~ inch Hose
Ninnesota Fire Equipment Co. - Coats & Helmets.
~merican LaFrance Foamite Co. - 6~0 Ft.'2~ inch Fire Hose.

Nyborg from 37th and University, that we feel that claim was satisfied
