minutes of the last regular meeting. Roll Call - Ail Ayes.
~r. Darrell of the State Highway Department was present at the meeting
and explained.to.the Council members the actuated traffic Siguaal, which
would be the most advisable at ~Oth and Gentral.
Motion by Jackson seconded by Spekulant, that the City ~anager be instructe
to make application for a survey to be made by the ~etropolitan Airport
Commission for a Ndnicipal Airport for Columbia Heights. Roll Call -All Ay~
~..Tindall~of the N.W. Linseed 0il Co. was present and explained to the
Council, regarding the additions they are planning on making to the plant.

0rear.Schwartz, Fire Chief, regarding the N.W. Linseed 0il Co. be placed
on file. Roll Call - All Ayes.

from Hazel We~dien, 4050 Central Ave., amounting to $15.00, resulting
