Darrell of the State Highway Department was present at the meeting and explained.to.the Council members the actuated traffic Siguaal, which would be the most advisable at ~Oth and Gentral. Motion by Jackson seconded by Spekulant, that the City ~anager be instructe to make application for a survey to be made by the ~etropolitan Airport Commission for a Ndnicipal Airport for Columbia Heights. Linseed 0il Co. was present and explained to the Council, regarding the additions they are planning on making to the plant. ~otion by Jackson seconded by Nygaard, that the communication received from 0rear.Schwartz, Fire Chief, regarding the N.W.
