HomeMy WebLinkAboutJanuary 22, 1946Resolution offered by Spekuiant seconded by Jackson - BE IT HEREBY RE- SOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the yearly license for any moving picture theatre in the City of Columbia Heights shall be set at Fifty Dollars (~50.00) per year. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDthat such license sha~l expire on the 31st of December and that when eight months have expiredof the license year the fee shal~ be one- half of the yearly license fee.
