Special meeting called to order at 8:15 PN September 12th.
Roll Call - Nygaard - Spekulant - Jackson and Nordin.
Mr. Seavey, Union Representative met with the Council and
discussed wage increases For city employes, but no action
was taken at this time.
Motion made by Jackson and seconded by Spekulant to place the
petition on file regarding appointment of Wesley Weldon on the
City Council to replace Ward Lathrop. Roll Call - All Ayes
The Budget was gone over and discussed but action was postponed
until another Special Meeting on Tuesday September 17th.
Motion was made by Jackson and seconded by Nygaard to appoint
Mrs. Eva Pritchard as Secretary to the Council. Roll Call -
All Ayes.
Notion made by Nygaard and seconded by Jackson to adjourn until
September l?th. Roll Call - All Ayes.

Roll Call - Nygaard - Spekulant and Jackson.
Motion made by Spekulant and seconded by Nygaard to have Jackson
act as Mayor at this meeting as Nordin was absent. Roll Call -
All Ayes.
The Budget was gone over in detail at this time.
Motion to adjourn until next Tuesday September 24th was made by
Spekulant and seconded by Nygaard.
