Motion by Jackson seconded by Nygaard to suspend reading of the minutes. all ayes. Roil call Residents from Polk Street oresent at meeting in regard to garage at 38~8 Polk St. City Attorney reported he had notified Mr. Ferraro to tear down new addition to garage within ten days. Milton Quimette present at meeting in regard to renting of building on University which has been used for storing of grader by the City. Dis. Motion by Jackson seconded by Nygaard that Northern Coach Co. be allowed to rent the building on University for $20.00 per month while grader is being stored and $25.00 thereafter. Roll Call - All ayes. Bids for gas opened - said bids to cover a period of one year beginning Aortl 1, 1946.
