accept the bid of Loule Brouillard for Dodge ~ruck in the amount of $145~. with a
·-speed tran~aieelon. Roll call - All ayes.
Motion by Prito_h_A~d, eeconded ~y ~ekulant that the bids for the Fire Truck, now on
record be rejected. Roll call - A~ee:Pritchard, Spek-alant, ~assett. Nays: ~entzen,
Jack. on.
Motion by Prit.chard, eeconded by S~ekulant that the certified checks be returned to
the bidders. Roll call - All ayes.
Motion by Pritchard, eeconded by S~ekulant that t~e chair ap. point a con~tttee to meet
with the Fire Department to draw up sepcifications for a new fire truck. Roi1 call -
all ayee.
Mr Baeeett appointed City Manager Oleeon, Chief of the Fire Dept. O. Schwartz, and
Cou~cil~aa Pritchard to serve on the committee.

~l~eabia lieighte hereby reeolvee: That the City Treasurer ia hereby anthorized a~d
directed to tranefer ~00. from the Liquor Fund to the N Y.A. Fund and the Oity Council
hereby finde that there is eufficient funde in the Liquor Fund to m~e such transfer.

place of the 2.4th because of a holiday. Roll call - Ail a~res.
