of their oil station license from 4201 Central Ave. to 4043 Central Ave. Roll call - All

delidquencies, the petition to' nave 7th St. tarred ~between 42nd and 43rd. R611 calls All
ayes. (Also check on cost of 'project.)
Notidn by Dentzen, s,conded by opekulant to turn o~er to th~ City ~anage~' for a check on
deliHquencies, also amount of monies left from Polk' St. projects, the petition for Tarvia
on Polk St. from 37tn to 39th. Roll call - ~ll ayes.

State' Highway Dept. with gravel to complete Central from 40th to 4~th. Roll call - All ayes.

City Nanager's zss'n, explaining Why he cannot attend their convention at Colorado Springs,

permit for building a gasoline station on lots 23 ~nd 24, block ~, Reservoir Hills. Roll

Section 1. The City Council of the City of Columbia "eights h~r~by determines to m_~ke the
folldwing local improvement to-wit: To install cu?b and gutter, said gutter to consist of
and I8 inch apron on both sides of 7th St. betweeh 43rd and 44th aves. Section 2. That the
City '~anager be directed to estimate the Cost of 2aid improvement and to draft a list of
the ~ev~ral lots and parcels of land fronting upo~ and adjacent to such improvement ~nich be
'benefitted thereby; further, that the City ~na~er report back to the City Council as soon
