Resolution offered by Pritchard, seconded by ~entzen, WHEREAS, the.house on Lot
49, Block 2, heservoir ~ills, ~noka County, ""lnnesota, has 0sen for many years
built within twenty-two (22) feet of the lot line and ~leod St. in tae City of
Columbia eights, and Whereas, the b~ilding restrictions ~n the City of Columbia
Heights r~quire that all buildings be located at least 25 feSt.~rom the.lot line,
and Whereas, the location of said ho,~se on the said lot is iu no way detrimental
to the City of Col,mbia "eights, its streeSs or rights o,' ways, NOW THEREFORE BE
IT.RESOLVED, That t~e City of Columbia "eights grant to the owner of Lot 49,
Block 2, Reservoir ..ills, ~noka ~ounty,' Minnesot$, his ~eirs or assigns, t~e right
aud privileffe to keep and maintain the present Souse on said lot in its present

extended. Roll call ~ ~ll ayes.
Resolution offered by =ritchurd, seconded by ~ackson, Whereas, a petition to install
cement cur0 on 40th Ave. from Central ave. east on the south side of said 40th Ave.
to the East line of ±ct 19 Block 6, Reservoir Hills, and on the north side of said
40th ~ve. to the east line of lot 42, block 5, Reservoir Hills has been presented
to the City Council by property owners along said street; and ~hereas, the said pe-
tition has been referred to the Cit~ Manager for investigation and report on the
requisite number of signatures, and the City Maaager has made such re~ort stating
that the requisite number of signatures are attached to said petition~ THE CITY
COUNCH~ OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS hEREBY RESOLVES: S~ ction 1. That the City
Council ,~ereby'finds and dStermines ~hat said petition for said improvement is
siMned by tae resident owners of more than 51~ of the real estate to be assessed
for said improvement. Section w. That the City Council hereby determines to
