Regular meeting called to order March 12, 1940. All members present with the ex-
ception of Mr. Pritchard.
Motion by Jackson, seconded by Bentzen, that the request of H. Ostmoe for permit
to operate gasoline service station at 558 - 40th Ave. be granted, subject to pay-
men% of fee. Roll call - All ayes.
Motlon~yBentzen, seconded by Spckulant that the request of Wm. Kupp to. operate
a skee ball machine at 547 - ~Oth Ave.be granted. P~ll call - Ail ayes.
Motion by Jackson, seconded by Spekulant-that the petition for repairs on Jackson
St..from ~2nd to 43~d, be turned over to the City Manager. Roll call - Ail ayes.
Motion by Ben, zen, seconded by Jackson that the.following seniority list of truck
drivers submitted by General Drivers Union #5~$, be accepted and that the. City
Manager give it his utmost consideration in the, future:

is hereby ordered to be placed on the tax rolls-for the year of 1943, payable in
1944. Said assessment rolls were originally referred to the County Auditor on Oct.
25th, 1938 and should have been spread and levied during 1939, but were inadvert-
