Regular meeting called to order Feb, 27th, 1940. All members present.
Previous minutes read and approved.
Mr. Hodson of 5~, Mr. Guile and Mr, Quosnel, hear~ from with reference to a senior-
ity list for truck drivers. A new list ia to be maAo up and presented at tho next
meeting.
Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Jackson, that the petition of resident owners on
~lst Ave. for sidewalk on both sides of tho street, be turned over to tho City Manager
for a chock on the delinquent taxes. Roll call - All ayes.

to erect poles on quincy, between 38th & 39th Ave~bo granted]providing tho poles
re erected in the alley. Roll call - All ayes.' .....
Motlonby ~entzen, seconded by 3pekulant that the request of A. holino for license
for ten strike machine, be granted. Roll call - All ayes.
Motion by ~entzen, seconded by Jackson, that Post #367 of the American Legion be
iranted a license to sell firowortcs at one. stand only, and that tho fee be set at
1.00. Roll c~ll - All ayes.
Motion by Pritchard, eeconded by~entzen, that tho .request off the Municipal Judge
for refund of $11.50 over payment to tho City, be granted, subject to chock up by
tho City Clerk. Roll call - All ayes.
Mr, Rood from Mpls. Gen. Rlec. Co. heard from with reference to standards for street
lighting. Members of tho school board also eat in on tho meeting.

the proper funds. ~11 call - All ayes.
