Letter read from the Oom~nercial Club requesting certain i_~provem~nts. Ordinance $164 offered by ~ritchard, seconded by Jackson. Au Ordinance to vacate a portion of a street herein described. ~e City of Cold, ia Heights does ordain: Section 1. Street to be vacated. That the street described as follows, to wit; The E. 60 Ft. in width of the following described strip of land; commencing at a point in the south line of Section 25, TownsHip 30, Range 24, in said Anoka County, Minnesota distant 170t3 Ft.
