Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Jackson, that the request of C. A. Baker for Ice license for one cash and carry station and one ice truck, be granted. Roll call - Ail ayes. Motion by Jackson, seconded by' 8pekulant that the ~k~xm~x bond of Jacob Haugen be accepted. Roll call - Ail ayes. Motion by Bentzen, seconded by ~rit~ard, that the request of Roy Gale for restaurant, off and on sale licensee for 500-40th Ave. N. E. be gmanted. Roll call - Ail ayes. Motion b y Bentzen, seconded by Pritcha~d, that the request of Bert Foster, for restaurant, off and on sale^~n..q$~._for 4050 Central Ave. be denied beaause of the restricting ~~ed limiting the beer parlors to seven. Ordinance ~160, offered by Pritchard, seconded by Bentzen, Being an ordinance prohibiting the entering upon ~ny public or priests golf coumee in the City of Columbia Heights without authorized permission; and pro- hibiting the sale of golf balls and other golf equipment under the con- ditione set forth herein. Roll call- Ail ayes. Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Jackson, that the City Manager advertise for bids to rectify the error made in the electrical work on the Field House. Roll call -Ail ayes. (Installation of a main feed line switch. Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Jackson, that the bill of Danielson Drug Company in theamount of $19.83 be granted. RolCall -Ail ayesi Hesotution offered by Pritchard~ seconded by Bentzen, The Oity Council of the City of Columbia Heights resolves: That commening with the third quarter of the year 193~, the charge for maintenance of the Metropolitan Sewage District shall be figured cn the same basis as formerly~ except that the minimum charge in any case shall be forty cents ($.40~ Roll call - Ail ayes. Resolution offered by Jackson, seconded by Pritchard, The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves: That the salary of the ,~unicipml Judge for his duties as Judge of the Municipal Court of the g City of Columbia Heights he fixed at One Hundred and no/100 Dollarm ($100.) per month for the four year term commencing July 3rd, 1939. Resolution of£~red by Jackson, seconded by Spekulant: The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves that the regular meeting nights of the Council be fixed as the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, except when such meeting night falls on a legal holiday in which event the regular meeting shall be held on the following night.
