Resolution offered by Jackson, seconded by Spekulant - The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves that the regular meeting night. of the Council be fixed as the secc~d and fourth Tuesdays of each month, except when such meeting night falls on a legal holiday, in which event, the regular meeting .hall be held on the following night. Further, that all such meeting, be held at the City Office at 8:9Q O'Clock P. M. Motion by Jack. on, seconded by Spekulant, that Mary Edwards be retained ae Secretary to the Cotmcil. Roll call - Ail
