Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Severson, that the request of C. A. Pauleon for permit to sell fireworks in the City of Colunbia Heights, be denied. Roll call - All ayes. Motion by Wohlford, sell beer off sale. seconded by ~entzen, that P. J. McCannbe granted a license to Roll call - All ayes. Motion by Bentaen, seconded by Pritchard that the resignation of Ralph Criep'~x as Police Commissioner be accented and n~ced on file. Roll call - All ayes. Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Severson that the a~plication of the Minneapolis Gas Compax~v for license for the installation of gas aoplicances in Columbia Heights be granted. Roll. call - Ail ayes. Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Wohlford, that the request of H. H Johnson for the Electric Suppl~& Const. Co. be granted and that they be cha~ged a double fee for the permit. Roll call - Ail ayes. Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Severson, to turn over to the Oity Manager, the reque~ of John Chmielewski for driveway into his property. Roll call - Ail ayes. Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Pritchard that the request of Rose ~uhil to move her place of business from ~050 Central Ave to 500 - AOth Ave. be granted. Roll call - Ail a~es. Motion by Severson, seconded by Pritchard, that the release of Steve Dennis and Mary Dennis be placed on file.d Roll call - All a~es. Motion by Bentzen, seconded by Severson, to accept the bond of the City Manager. Roll call - Ail ayes. let Reading of Ordinance ~150 - An ordinance ~rohibiting the entering upon any public or private golf course in the City of Columbia Heights without authorized permission and prohibiting the sale of golf balls and other golf equip~a~tunder the conditions set forth herein. Motion by Bentzen, seconded by Severson, that the action taken at the last meeling, regarding the license of Eleanor Nordin, be rescinded. Roll call - ~ee: Bentzen, Severeon, 2assett. Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Bentzen, that Jacob Raugen be notified that he must qualify bynext meeting for police towing business. Roll call - Ail ayes. (Otherwise his bid will be revoked.) Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Bentzen, that the City Manager write the Game and Fish Dept. asking that they re-stock Silver Lake with Sunfish and Crappies. Resolution offered by Bentzen, seconded by Fritchard, The City Council of the City of Columbia heights hereby resolves that the City Treasurer be and she hereby is autt~rized and instructed to transfer Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($B00.) from the Licuor Fund to the funds below desi~ated in the amounts indicated: Administration Fund, $S00.
