MotiOn by Severson, seconded by Wohlford, that the proposal of the M E. Church for payment of $~0. on special assessments, in full settlement of same be accepted and that the assessment against the Russian Orthodox Church be waived. Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Bentzen, to la,v the application of Martin Voss for reimbursement of beer license, on the table for further consideration. 'Motion by Severson, seconded by Pritchard, that the policy offered by ttarlin & Westerlund on hol~uD_ only be accepted, with the provision that the hours be changed from 12 midnight to 1:~0 A.M.. Resolution offered by Wohlford, seconded by Pritchard, The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves: That the following amount be transferred from the 'Liquor Fund' to the fol!owihg fund~: $500. 500. 1000. to the Park to the Water Fund to the St. Maintenance and the 0it~ Council hereby finds that there is a surplus in the said 'Liquor Fund' more than sufficient to care for the transfers.
