Motion by teverson, seconded by Wo$1ford, that the Silve~ Lake Mother's Club be per-
ntitted to hold a dance in the gymnasium, Nov. 19th, thatLthe usual fee be waiwed and

Motion by teverson, seconded by Pritchard, to acceot letter from the State Relief
Agency, with reference to allocation of money for ~omole~ion of City Park, and place
same on file until Mr. Davis of S.R.A contacts the City.~ Roll call - Ayes: Bentzen,
Pritchard, Severson, Wohlford, Bassett. Nays: None.
Motion by teverson, seconded by Pritchard, to acceot the bid of Central Lumber Co.,
in the amount of $1350.?0 due to the fact that they will deliver goods on the Polk
and Tyler St. Jobs as needed. Roll call - Ayes: Bentzen, Pritchard, Severson,
Wohlford. Nays: None. (L.W.Northfied bid- $1~36.48.) (S~me to be delivered all
at once.

Motion by $everson, seconded by Bentzen, that Chester A~len be given the same con-
sidemation as the other beer parlor operator who violated tim law in selling beer to
minors - that his license be reinstated with the understanding that same will be
revoked if the Ordinance is not lived up to. Roll call~ A~es: Bentzen, Pritchard,

Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Severson, that the Council adopt the working agreemen~
of the Hotel and Restmurant Employeew:International Alliance and Bartenders Internation-

question of paying Bloomington Township relief bill for Rex ~oore in the amount

1st Reading of Ordinance ~136 being an ordinance relating to and prohibiting the
delivery of milk, ~ cream or other dairy products, bread or other bakery
oroducts, etc. and oroviding penalties for the violation.

ProPer Funds.
