Resolution offered by Pritchard, seconded by Bentzen: The City Council of the City
of Columbia Heights hereby resolves: That there be and hereby is created a fund to
be designated as #Mayor's Contingent FUnd". which fund the Mayor shall have authority
to disburse for such purposes as to him stall seem proper aud necessary. The Mayor
shall account to the City Council for the monies spent from that fund. Roll call -

of Columbia Heights hereby resolves: That hhe sum of One Hundred and no/100 ($100.00)
Dollars be transferred from the #Liquor Store Fund# to the ~yor's Contingent Fund#
and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and instructed to make such transfer.'
