Motion by Severson, seconded by Bassett, to turn over to the~City Man':~ger, the request
of the Veterans of Foreign Wars to use the streets for oarade, etc.

be allotted $50. each for e~}enses incurred in attending the Firemen's Convention at

An Ordinance to regulate the installation, maintenance, repa~ r and removal of water meters
within the CitY of Columbia Heights and providing a penaltyf¢~ the violation thereof.
The City of Columbia Heights does Ordain:
1. All me~e=s measuring the quantity of water purchased fron
s.hall be under the exclusive care and control of said City.
