The charter of ~Le City of Col~abia }{ei~i~ts is i~ereby a~ended 'by a~nending
Section 13 of Cha~oter 2 :}~ereo~~ 5o read as follows:
Section 13. Salaries. From s. nc~ ~i'%er the beginning of the first fiscal year
following the effective dg~te of tills section t~e ~or sh~l receive Fo~ Dollars
($4.00) ~d each co~acil~.n shal-receive Three Dollars (~.00) for each meeting
attended, not to exceed two ::~ee~ings in ~ :~onth. %~en meeting as a bo~d of
ecu~lization the ~yor and each c~ucilmgn shall recceive not to exceed one
dollar met ho~. The city r:~,nager and all s~0ordinate officers and e:~loyees
of the city shall receive s. uch salaries or wages as ~}~ 0e fixed by resolution
of the co~cil.

Whereas, the estate of Einar Udstad is the owner in fee cf the oremises lying in
the City of Col~mbia Heights, County of Anoka, and State ~of Ninnesota described
as follows: Lot 47, Block 86, Columbia Heights Annex to ,l~inneao01is; also
commencing at a ooint 121.§ feet westerly from Easterly clorn of Lot 49, Block 86,
Columbia Heights Ar~uex to Ninneanolis, thence running easiterly along south line
of 40th Avenue, a distance of 121.5 feet; thence sou~herl~ at right angles lO.1
feet; thencw running southwesterly along north line of }~i~l Street, a distance of
108.7 feet; thence ~orthwesterly to point of beginning; s~id orooerty being all of

and that the said City will pay the eroense incidental a~d necessary to the trans-
fer of the said title but in no event the sum to exceed ~ifty ($50.00) Dollars.

subject to any and all'liens for taxes or otherwise and ~ill further be executed
upon the condition and understs~ding that the Probate Co~rt of Henneoin County,

estate of Einar Udstad is the owner in fee of'the oremises lying in the City of

event a sum to exceed $50.00. It is further understood and agreed that the
ourchaser acceots said title subject to ~nY and all liensI for taxes or oZher-

this agreement is made on the condition ~hat the Probate ~ourt of He~ne~.~in
