Motion by Bassett, seconded by Severson, that the summons and complaint with reference to cemetary on §th St., be turned over to the City Attorney for investigation. Roll call - Ayes: Bassett, Severson, Wohlford, Tema. Nays: None. Motion by Severson, seconded by Wohlford, that the V. F. W., Fire Department, and American Legion be granted Fireworks licenses for the year 1957 for a fee of ~l.00. Roll call - ~es: Bassett, Severson, Wohlford, Tema. Nays:,None. J Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Severson, that the resolution submitted by County Commissioner Peterson referring to direct relief clients working out'relief, be turned over to the City Attorney for investigation and report to be ~de next regular meeting. Motion by Severson, seconded by Wohlford, that the City Manager add the addresses to the list of tax delinquent property submitted by Mr. Peterson, County Commissioner. Motion by Severson, second by Wohlford, that the request of John Clausen for trahsfer of restaurant license to Dick Roosendaal, ~O01 Central 4ye., be granted. Roll call, Ayes: Bassett, Severson, Wohlford, Tema. Nays: None. (Also tha.t the beer licenses .for John Clausen be revoked. Motion by Severson, seconded by Bassett, that the recuest of Dick Roosendaal for off and on sale licenses be granted for 4001 Central Ave. Roll call - Ayes: BassetS, Sev~son, Wohlford, Tema. Nays: None. Motion by Wo~lford, seconded by Severson, that the request of Joe Thienes for transfer of restaurant license to Arthur J. Ward, ~010 Central Ave., be granted. E. It is necessary to condemn the land above described for the construction of said storm sewer. S. That the City Attorney be and he hereby is directed to commence and prosecute the proper proceedings for the condemnation and acquisition of said land. 4.
