Regular meeting called to order January 2$th, 1937 at the City Offices. Ail members
present.

Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Bassett, to turn over to the City Attorney for investiga-

Motion by Baszett, seconded by Miller, that the Fire Dept. be granted a license to sell
fireworks at their usual stand on $?th and Central Ave. Roll call - Ayes: Bassett, Miller,

Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Miller, that off sale license be granted to R. Bromberg,

Motion by Severson, seconded by Bassett, that request of Wms. Electric for renewal of elec-
tric license be granted. ~oll call - Aves: Bassett, Miller, Severson, Wohlford, Tema.

Motion by Bassett, seconded by Severson, to turn letter from Minnesota Tax Commission with
reference to Income Tax, over to the 0ity Treasurer for reply. Roll call - Ayes: Bassett,

Resolution offered by Miller, seconded by Severson, Be It Resolved By the 0ity Council of
the .City of Columbia Heights, Anoka County, Minnesota: (1) That Drawing ~662 cowering in-
stallation and construction of storm sewer in 39th Ave. N E. from Jackson St. to Van
Buran St. be adopted and approved and likewise the proposed extension in Van Buren from
~9th Ave. N E. to a point 115 feet south of the south line of 39th Ay. N. E. PassSd.~.

inspection of their plant and offices and thanking the City for 1936 ~atronage, be placed
