Campbell, Supervising Engineer of W. P. A. After some discussion a motion was made by Wohlford, seconded by Severson, to place the letter on file. Roll call - Aloes: Baseett, H&verson, Wohlford, Tams. Nays: None. Motion by Severson, seconded by Wohlford, that the letter from the Minnesota State Planning Board, with reference to submission of public construction projects recommended for construction during a six year period beginning Jan. 1, 1937, be turned over to the City Manager and he take it up with the Fire Barn Committee. Roll call - A~es: Bassett, Sev~rson, Wohlfor~, Tema. Nays: None. Motion by Severson, seconded by Wohlford, that the letter from the Soo I~V. with reference to new sewer line to be installed under track on alley West of Quincy, be turned over to the City Attorney. Roll call - Ayes: Bassett, Severson, Wohlford, Tema. Na~s: None. Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Severson, that the letter from the Police Department with reference to restoration of their salaries ~e as of April, 193~, be placed on file. Roll call - A~es: Bassett, Severson, Wohlford, Tams. N~ys: None. Motion by Bassett, that the salaries of the Police be set at $150. per month. Roll call - Ayes: Bassett. Nays: Severson, ~ohlford. Resolution offered by Severson, seconded by Bassett- Wherea~ a conciliation or small debtors court has heretofore been established in the City of lolumbia Heights pursuant to theconditione of Chapter 317 of the Laws of Minnesota for 1~1 the Judge of the Municipal Court has been desi~ated as judge of said courtof conciliatic~ Therefore be it Resolved that pursuant to the condi&ions of Section 1 of said Chapter 317 of the Laws of Minnesota for 19~1 that the sum of $~0.00 per month be'designated as additional compensation to be paid to the Judge of Municipal Court for his services as Judge of said Conciliation Court.
