Motion by Wohlford, seconded by Miller, that the letter inviting the City l~h~er
to the 2Srd Annual Conference of International City Mgr's Ass'n. held in Richmond,
.Virginia, be placed on file. Roll call - Ayes: Bassett, Mil~, Severson, 'Wohlford,
Tema. Nays: None.

R~s~lution offered by Severson, seconded by Wohlford, The City CoLmcil of the City
x)f C~lumbia. Heights, hereby resolves: Section 1. That the City ~f Columbia Heights
· ~xecute a bond in the amount of $1000. to the City of Minneapolis, with the Mary-
-la~. d Casualty Company as surety, to secure ~reimbursement to said City of Minneapolis
for fire protection in the event said City of Colum ia Heights fails to oay for such
fire protection. Section .2. That the proper City officials be authe~ized and di-
rected to execute a bond in accordance with this resolution. Roll call - Ayes:
