Whereas the requisite number of aButti~ property owners on Gould ave. in the City of
Columbia Heights have petitioned the C.ity Council to trea~ and 8urfface the said avenue w~h
asphalt oil and have the cost of said treatment a~eesed ag#ins the abutting property.
The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves:
Sec. 1. To authorize and ~irect the City Manager to treat and surface C~uld Ave. with
asphalt oil.
SeC. 2. The Oity'Ma~r is hereby airected to prepare an estimate of the cost of such
treating and surfacing together with a list of the several lots and ~ parcels of land
fronting upon and adjacent to such proposed improvement which are benefittea thereby.
