On the other hand it will be noted that !aans from ~ity are still
due, a~ shown, plus total amounts of accounts payable as shown, less
inventory value covering stock as of Y-ay 31, 1936, and less, of course,
the value of furniture and fixtures. Furniture and fixtures are a
definite asset, and should in the wr~.ter's oolnion be soread over a
period of te~_ years, less depreciation pro-rata.
The foregoing is to the loest of my knowledge and l~lief a true and
correct statemtnt of the aff&&rs of the Columbia Heights Liquor Store
