for ~the chil~en ~d youth ~f Col~nbia Heights ~d whereas la~ of such instrumen-
talities will mark ~ appalling condition on the ch~actsr and moral of local chil-
dren, we f~%her resolve:
That the city Co~cil of Col~abia Heights be oetitioned to t~e i~ediate~ steps
towards providing such oark pl~-gro~d and recreational faci~ities for the ~nildren
of this locality.
