Motion that any members of council, wishing to attend the Speolat Conference for Municipal Officials to Consider Tax Limitation _and Expenditure Control Bills. Affecting Municipalities, at the St. Paul Hotel, March 21, be allowed to attend with expenses paid by city. Motion by Kazrow, seconded by Bassett. Roll call, all ayes. Motion by TJosvold, seooncled by Miller, that bids for collection of garbage be opened. Roll call, all. ayes.
