Resolution offered by Bassett, seconded by Miller, that the bills be al~qwed out
of the proper funds. Roll call, all aves.
Resolution offered by Karrow, seconded by Bassett, that any oerson, or persons
delinc~ent in water bills be given 60 days grace ( from date) to pa~- such bills
in full, and if paid in full, all penalties to be c~ncelled. This resolution is
null and void in sixty dsvs. Roll call, all ayes.
Motion by Tjosvold, seconded by Karrow, that the request of Parsons Electrical Co.
for electrical license be granted. Roll call, all ayes.
Motion by TjoEvold, seconded by l~iller to open the garbage bids. Roll call, all
a~'e s.
Motion by Tjosvold, that the bid of Chas. Lokotas in the amount of $10.00 Der
month, be acceoted. Motion lost without a second.
Motion by Bassett, seconded by ~,~iller, that all garbage bids be rejected, and
that the City Man~ger advertise for new bids, and that same be sealed and handed
at the next meeting. Roll call, all ayes.

Resolution offered by Karrow, seconded by Miller,
Where~s Hilma Swanson has appeared before the Council requesting reduction in
assessed valuation of lot 8, block 62, Columbia Heights Annext to Minneapolis,
that she be granted reduction as follows: No reduction on lot.
A $600. reduction be given ~n the building, making a total full
and true valuation of $1500.
Be it Further Resolm~ that a copy of resolution be mailed to County Auditor.
