OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS
Special meeting called to order Nov. 1, 19S4 at the City Offices. All
members present.
Meeting called £or the purpose of acting on Beer license for A080 Central
Avenue, and also ar~y other business which might come before the meeting.
Motion by Bas~ett, seconded by Tjosvold, that the request of Oscar Jansen
for Restaurant license be granted. Roll call, all a~es, except Karrow, No.
Motion by Tjmvold, seconded by Bassett, that the request of Oscar Jensen
for 'Off' and 'On' sale license for Beer, be granted. (A0~0 Central Ave.)
Roll call, all a~es, except Kar~ow, No.
Resolution offered by Tjosvold, seconded by Karrow.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that the
following described tract of land within the corporate limits of the City of
Columbia Heights be and the same hereby is dedicated as a public street and
that the same be opened to a width of thirty feet for public travel and ke
known as McLeod Street. Roll call, all a~ves.
Resolution offered by Karrow, seconded by Miller.
Be it resolved~y the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that the
tract of land hereinafter described be dedicated and opened as a public street
and thoro-fare, to a width of sixty-six feet from McLeod Street to Reservoir
Boulevard. Said tract being in the County of Anokn, State of Minnesota.
Roll call, all ayes.
Resolution offered by Miller, seconded by Bassett, to allow the Re-employment
Office, monthly rental of $10.00, same to be paid out of the Poor Relief.

Motion by Karrow, seconded by Tjosvold, that the Council approves the follow-
ing projects, if ~equest is made by the District Engineer, the City Manager
to have preference of which Job to start.
