All members present with the exception of Mr. Miller.
Meeting called for the purpose of adopting a resolution setting aside all rentals
received from the new City Ball Building into a separate fund for the payment of
princilmal and interest on $10,000.00 City Hall Bonds, and any other business that
might come before the meeting.
Councilman TJosvold introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

A Resolution setting aside all rentals received from the new City Hall Building
into a separate fund for the pa~nent of principal and interest on ~0,000.00VCity
Hall Bonds.
· hereas, the City is issuing $10,000.00 City Ball Bonds for the _mmrchase of the
bank property for use as a 0ity Hall, and
· hereas, in addition to the space necessarily used by the 0ity in the conduct of
municipal affairs a portion can be rented.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved by the Council of the City of Columbia Heights,
Anoka County, Minnesota, tBat all money received by wa~ of rent from said building
shall be placed in a meparate fund to be known as #Sinking ~und for City Hall Bonds#
smd shall be used for the purpose of pa~ing principal and interest on said Cit~
Hall Bonds and for ~aeh p~rpose only so long as any of said bonds or an~ interest
thereon ia outstanding and unpaid.
