Resolution offered by Karrow, seconded by Miller, Resolution, relating to the salary for the Judge of the Municipal Court in and for the City of Columbia Heights, commencing ~ith the new term of office on the 1st d~y of July, 1~35. Whereas it appears that the Judge of the Municipal Court has ample opportunity to earn a substantial income as a Practicing Attorney outside of and in addition, to his salary as J~dge of the Municipal Court and, Whereas it appears that the work of the Judge of the M~nicipal Court is not as Heavy as anticipated. Now Therefore Be it Resolved that the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, here~y fixes the salary for the Judge of the Municipal Court in and for the City of Columbia Heigths for the term comnencing the 1st day of July, 1935 to be the sum of $1200.00 per year. This Resolution shall take effect, immediately and shall be in force beginning July 1st, 1935. Roll call, all aves. Motion to adjourn by Karrow, seconded by Miller. ithe C° c l
