Meeting called for the purpose of deciding on the insurance for the wormers, and any other business that might come before the meeting. Motion by Miller, seconded, by Earrow, that the City Attorney return the Insurance endorsements unsigned. Roll call, &ll a~es. Motion by Earrow, seconded by Miller, that the following Public Property Projects be submitte~ to the District Engineer for submission to the State ~oard of Control for approval. Roll call, all a~es. 1- Grading 44th Ave. Connecting eead not passable in present condition. Needs gravel for surfacing. Small 'fill to be made. 9- Grading Ihxclmae~ St. from ~7th to 39th Aves. N.E. ~- Grading N.1/2 of 37th Ave. Part of Minneapolis Circle. Drive located between Ta~lor and Stinson Blvd. 4- Grading AOth Ave. from Reservoir Blvd. to Stinson Blvd. Gra~l- lng necessar~ to complete roa~l to get County ai~ on same. 5- Trimming branches of trees impeding use of walks, boulevards, and streets. 6- Remove obstructions, such as rocks, h:,-,,o_cks, litter, and fill 'in low spots and give proper drainage to alleys. 7- Remove hill and fill in road on AGr~ Between Madison and Quincy. 8- Repairs, grading rock and earth, filling of gutters where neede~ on 5th St. between 4~n~ and 44th.
