Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that whereas there is
a surplu~ in the Administration ~ and a shortage in the Police and Court and the Poor
Relief ~uda, j
Now, Therefore Se it Reeolve~, that $700.~be transferred from the Administration ~ and
~L~O. thereof be place~ in the Police an~ Court ~ an~ $~80. thereof be place~ in the
Poor Relief Fund. Roll call, all ayes.

Motion by TJosvold, seconded by Bassett, that the petition with reference to the con~ition
of 45th Ave. between Central Ave. and the Reservoir be accepte~ and placed on filA,

Motion by Xarrow, seconded by Bassett, that the request of Art Loeffler for ice license be
granted. Roll call, all a~es.
Motion by TJosvold, seconded by Bassett that the ~etter from E&gberg-Jonee with reference
to cancelling penalty on water bill for 3708 Tyler St., be held aside until next meeting.

reference to a price on the Bergsland Garage for City Offices, be filed. Roll call
