Special meeti~g called to order Jo_ne 5th, 19~ at the High School Building at 8 PM.
All members present.
Meeting called to order for the ouroose of passing a resolution on Central Ave. pro-
ject, and such other business as may come before the meeting.
Resolution offered by Tjosvold, seconded by Harrow,
Vnereas, the State of Minnesota has reg~ested permission to grade, fill, cut
shoulder Central Avenue between 42nd Avenue N. E. and 45th Avenue N. E. and 44th Ave.
5. E. between Central Avenue and Jackson St. N. E. in the City of Columbia Heights,
and,
W~ereas, such grading, filling, cutting and shouldering will be a great benefit to the
City of Columbia Heights and will be done by the State of Minnesota at no cost to the
City of Columbia Heights,
h~OW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that permission be granted to the State of Ntnnemta to
grade, cut, fill, and shoulder Central Ave. N. E. between 42nd Ave. N. E. and 45th Ave.
N. E., and 4Ath Ave. N. E. between Central Ave. N.E. and Jackson St. 5. E. The width
to be improved to be not over 60 ft. exclusive of slopes on Central Ave. smd 60 ft. on
4Ath Ave. including slopes, ~ud if so~ graded.
