Resolution by Stinson, seconded by Tjosvold, that the request of Nellie Payne,

Notion by Karrow, seconded by Stinson, that the City Man~~ger instruct the City
Clerk to issue the checks to all City employees on Dec. 20th, or not later than
Dec. 22nd. Roll call, all ~es.
Motion by Tjosv~ld, seconded by Stinson, that the City Manager be authorized to
floo~ five small ponds for skating. Roll call, all ayes.
Mention made by Mr. Tjosvold of a meeting to be held after the first of the year
of the different suburbs, with regard to reduction of gas rates.
