allowed. Roll call, all ayes.
An estimated report of funds needed for general obligations of the
City was submitted by City Treasurer.
Preamble to Ordinance ? 'Being an ordinance entitled "An
Ordinance authorizing th% sale by the City Treasurer of ~4500. Emer-
gency Debt Uertificate". Offered by Aarrow. Preamble lost without
a second.
Er. O. E. Carroll. heard in regerd to Storm Water ~ewer. Lit. ~.elch
requested that the whole Council attend the meeting of the Health
Department to be held April 19th.

to serve on tr.e Library ~oard for a period of three years from ~uly
3, 1931 - l~rs. z'josvold, £,rs. Ross Olythe, and ~iiss Thomas.
Motion by Karrow., seconded by Stinson, that the following be ap?ointed
~o serve on the Zibary Board for a period of two years from ~uly ~,
1931 - i.,r. ~.ielsou, Mrs. ~unsch, and I~Irs. iqussel.
