Union, relating to designation of April 14th as Pan-American Day.
Proclamation on the same subject, bY the President of the United

A resolution ap~:ortioning money received as refunds on awards made
for the construction and extension of University Ave. N. E.
WHE~AS, the City of Columbia Heigh~J.s has received the amount of
$~$S8.92 from the County of He~n~epin, State of ~innesota, as a re-
fund for awards made ~hr the construction and extension of University
Ave. ~. E.,
NOW THE~FOEE BE IT PJ~SOZVED, that said amount be s~pl~ortioned
as follows, to-wit:
That the Certificat~ of Indebtedness pzurchased by the Sink-
ing ~und on the University Ave. il. E. construction and exten-
sion be paid with interest.
That the bslance of said fund be placed in the Sinking Fund
to replace money paid from the Sir~:ing ~und on the University
Ave. ~. E. Construction m~d extension.
