OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS
Regular Meeting called to order May 12, 1931 at 8 ?~ at the ~igh School
Building. All members present with the exception of the Mayor.

Notion by Gannon, seconded by Dab/, that Karrow act as Chairman Pro Tem
in the absence of the Mayor. All ayes.

Motion by ~ahl, seconded by Cannon, that the request be granted, time not
to exceed ten days.

for dance at 0akwood School on May 9th, be granted. All ayes.
Application by Wm. Bart to run a filling station at ~8-40th Ave. N. E.
Moti~ by Dahl, seconded by Stinson to grant the request. All ayes.
Notion by Dahl, seconded bw Stinson. that the recuestf of the Veterans
of Foreign Wars for dance ~ermit fo~ the remainder oi' the year, De
