als be authorized and instructed to enter into immediate contract with
the Phelps-Drake Co of proposed changes in ou~ p~esent sewer system on the
basis of their hid submitted November 12th.

Resolution by Dahl,seconded by Stinson. Be it r~solved by this council
of the city-of Col. Hghts;
That the budget as set 'for $44,000.00 passed
on ~he fourl~enth day of OCtober 1~$0 'be cancelled.
Resolved further, that the city clerk be auth-
orized to so certify to the county Auditor. Paese~ this 12th day of

salary of sixty five cents per~ hour and eight cents per mile and that
only two men ride in a car.
