The following petition was then read:
"We the undersigned property owners do petition your Honorable Body for
the followin~ improvement to be assessed a~ainst the abuttin~ property

Motion by Oahl, seconded by ~tinson, to accept petition for layihg
.~'ater ~,'~ain on Hayes St. from 3Vth to 39th Aves. N. E. and that the
City ~.,lanager be instructed to check tkis petition in regard to amount
of frontage that kas been signed and also amo,m'~t of delinquent taxes.

2nd instructed to authorize the Northern ~tates Power Company to inc~-ease
the candle-power from 80CP to 14~P at $2V.00 per ye~.r. ~l ayes.
~,;otion by Dahl, seconded by Stinsor, that the City Council hold their
regular meeting on ?~"ednesday ~ov. 12th, instead of Nov. llth, due to the
fact that Nov. lltn is a legal koliday. All ayes.
F, esolution offered by Dakl, seconded by Gannon, authorizing and instruct-
ing th~ City l,~anager to advertise for bids for the Sewer Hehabilitation
and that the Council will meet on the 12ti_, day of ~ovember, 1930 at the
i[~.igj: School Building to consider such bids.
