from C.H.~elle be accepted and that proper city officials be authorized
to make payments on same.

Resolution by Dahl,seconded by Stinaon. Authorizing and instructing the
proper city officials to advertise for bids on a cost plus basis for the
sewer system covered by the Nodland contract and such parts as were
found to be defective by the city Engineer as per specifications.
