B. Refunding Bonds, fixing the form thereof and providing for the levy therefo~ e." Counciln~an Stinson moved the adoption of the preamble to Ordinance ~__ which motion was seconded by Oo~ci!man Daht and the motion being put, the following vote was taken and recorded on roll call. Ayes: Dab!, Gannon absent, Stinsor~, Karrow, Foster Nays: None. E, and WHEREAS, it appears from a report from the City Engineer that the present purported and deter~ned grade will not coincide or agree with existing improvements, and for that reason will cause and entail great expense upon the property ovmers and also the City, NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOEfED that the said established and purported grade be changed to a grade figured on DRawing ~534 as sub~.tted by J. E. Carroll, Engineer, and tlmt a meeting of the Council be held on the ~day of July, 1930, for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in such proposed change of grade, and BE IT ~JRTH~ RESOLVED that the proper city officials cause a pubilsl~ed notice to be printed in the o~ftcial pz~2!ica~ion of the City setting forth the time and place 2nd t~ze intent of the-Co~acll to change such purported grade on Tyler St. between 3Vth & 39th Ave. N. All aye s. Notion by Dahl, seconded by Stinson, that the Bond of ~r. W. C. Buck ~ba released. All ayes. Request made the the City l~anager check up on the bill for additional work, from W. D. Hackett on 42nd Ave., and briug in a report at the next me et lng. Resolution by Dahl, seconded by Stinson, that the General Inspection Bureau 1~29, Plymouth Bldg. be instructed to check up all Fire Insurance Policies that come under the j~isdiction of Co].=~bia Heights, and ma~e the chsages necessary ~ere such policies are at the present time reading as location in Minneapolis, and that they be corrected to read City of Colzunbia Heights.
